If you are calling Brooks as the 2nd best Saints QB then Winston will is riding high on Brees' back because no one should be compared to Brooks except arrogant, lazy, and self absorbed washouts.

I remember Brooks and Blake doing one of those sit down feel good interviews and he was asked who was better between the two. Brook pointed his finger at himself and said he was and his arrogance only got worse from there.

I Love how people on here can talk Trash about Aaron Brooks who actually went to and won a playoff game but give A QB in Winston that has done nothing in the NFL and think that's ok... Winston is not a winner and has never been in the NFL.
Like it or not Brooks accomplished more in his career at this point then Winston... Facts are Facts..

let the Winston praises begin....

Why Brooks? He's the second best QB the Saints have ever had. The scale should be Wuerfell to Brees.

Or the Two Billy Joes to Brees.

But a qb, Brees, who kneels in his family legacy, who's grandfather fought in a world War to give his arse the right to chunk a football for millions, is a great person?

Which Aaron Brooks are we talking about here? Before or after he got paid? That is a crucial detail.

2020 Brees still had a 4 to 1 TD/INT ratio and completed 70% of his passes. Not to mention we went to 2nd round of playoffs with him and he went 9-3 as a starter…(he got hurt when he broke 11 ribs in 2 weeks and had a punctured lung) and it not for a Jared Cook fumble 2020 Brees might have won SB.

Yes Brees lost a lot of his arm strength by then but if you really believe that Brooks was even better than 2020 Brees you’re a dumbarse.

Brooks was 3-3 as a starter the year he ‘led the Saints to the playoffs’. The ONLY season he actually went to the playoffs in his entire time here. Jeff Blake was the reason we went to the playoffs that year.

He was 1-1 in the playoffs, and wouldve been 0-1 if Hakim didnt drop the ball.

You dummies putting him over Manning, Hebert and even Jim Everett are a special kind of stupid.

People forget that Drew had years of 22, 19, 17,15, 18 interceptions with us.

Yeah but his lowest attempts in any of those seasons was 635 he threw 650+ in the rest. He was really carrying the team and throwing the ball 40 times a game.

Winston just isn’t going to be asked to play like that. The last Time he threw over 600 passes he had 30 Ints.
