Pelosi sucks and is the cause of numerous problems we have here in the US.
That said, China should not be dictating where our officials can and can’t go outside of the Chinese border.
If there are Chinese spooks reading this: Taiwan is not a part of China.

If she ain’t flying in on a military aircraft then she’s most certainly getting a fighter jet escort in. I seriously doubt she’s flying in solo on her Boeing.

I really think the ChiComs will try and make a point. They won’t shoot missiles but I can see an intercept over international waters happening. Denial of entry to Taiwanese airspace. They will dare CAP flights to fire first.

I really want her to return to US soil safely. Not because I like her; not even remotely why. It's because millions of people will immediately disregard the years upon years of her and her party fricking America over in the ensuing wave of blind patriotism.

That's how I feel. I don't think the Speaker of the House has any business doing what she's planning on doing BUT she is a very high-ranking American government official visiting in an official capacity. If China harms her (as much as I hate to say it) we have every right to (and SHOULD) retaliate militarily - and in a very convincing and powerful way.
