Good gas stations between Walker and Fort Walton Beach

I've got Houston to Walker covered, but I haven't travelled east of Walker very often. What are some good gas stations to stop at? I may have to make two stops at the most. Thanks in advance.

The best but gonna take you 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot. Quicker to buy gas somewhere else and then park across the road in the employee parking and go in buccees to enjoy the toilets and the beaver nuggets

Isn’t the Bucees off I-65?
I’ll be driving on I-10.

There's one off I-10 just past mobile at the Foley Beach Express exit.

The Buc-ee's near the Florida-Alabama line is my answer unless it is mid-day on a weekend in which case there will be a traffic jam getting in and out of the parking lot.
The BBQ pulled pork and brisket is worth stopping for.

stopped at the Buccees in Foley this past Sunday around 10am.
Holy shite!
Felt like i was driving to an LSU football game to park, and the same for leaving.
Inside the place was packed. You could barely walk without bumping into someone.
but i will say, with the insane amount of people that went through there, they weren't running out of anything, and checking out went pretty quickly.

Some of y’all are exaggerating the bucee’s parking situation or that was your first time at a bucees. It isn’t THAT bad if you park on the side and walk through to the side entrance. If you’re determined to park right in front of the store then yea, you’re gonna be in some traffic.

You’re going to be in traffic just trying to get from the main road into any part of the parking lot.

I’ve been to that one 4-5 different times and the only struggle i had was exiting when they were still building that road behind the store.

so you've never been to the Foley AL Buccees. That's all you had to say.
The traffic in and out of that one is nothing like any of the other 3 i've been to.

Relax baw, I’ve been to it a handful of times like i said above. (It’s not even in foley fwiw. ) However I can see it being a little extra packed at 10 am on a sunday during beach season tbf
I’m from Texas so maybe im just used to the rigmarole when it comes to bucees.

I agree! I stopped at the one in Crossville, TN because it didn't look too busy. It was fine getting in and out. We just stopped for gas and bathroom. No way we were waiting in checkout, lines although they were moving.
I was cracking up at people walking around like they'd never been in a store...people taking video, looking lost.

I’ve been to a few of the TX Buccees on multiple occasions and have never had issues getting in and out of the parking lot like the one in LA (lower Alabama).

Alright I'm going to have to settle this debate between S and Teddy.
I'm from Texas as well and I have the Buc-ee's in Luling and Wharton under my belt. I have never been to the one in Robertsdale, but S describes what I believe Buc-ee's to be to a T: If you park on the side and avoid a main entrance, it's not too packed until you get close to the restrooms.
I'll be getting there around 2 or 3 this afternoon and let you know how my visit went. I'll probably be bumping some Baby Keem or maybe some old Jefferson Pilot game (sponsored by Lee Jeans) in the parking lot so we'll see how that's received.

The biggest issue with the Foley Buccee's is the traffic entering and leaving and to a lesser degree the parking (caused by the entrance/exit.) On a busy day traffic can be backed up a long, long way trying to get into the place.
To the OP. As far as trying to just get gas, I'm not sure. If you are mainly concerned about a good, clean restroom, then stop at a hotel. Hotel lobby restrooms are always clean. They are one of the first impressions that a hotel has for it's guests so they keep them clean. Also, few people use them since every room in a hotel has it's own restroom.

People plan their trips around gas stations?
I just see when I'm starting to get low and get off at the next exit
