1st dancer has to be on life support if not already gone. That force was not survivable.

Yeah, 4 (6?) big hanging speakers angled down towards the seats.

I remember a Saints punter, Brian Hansen maybe, who kept hitting the old monitors on punts back in the 80s.

Ray Guy maybe? If anything he did it first followed by Hansen.

I don't think Guy ever played for the Saints.

It may have even been Morten Andersen on a kickoff or something.

You're right, looks like Guy at least did it first:

he became the first punter to hit the gondola approximately 90 feet above the field in the early years of the Dome. It was during the Pro Bowl after the 1976 season

Yes, Guy was with the Raiders. I sort of remember him doing it when Raiders came to town or maybe a Pro Bowl?

Getting old sucks. Getting old with a history of concussions is worse. I have CRS- can't remember shite.
