Does anyone know where we stand with him? I haven’t heard anything about him lately, and I thought we were rumored to be the favorite at one point. 247 has outdated CBs to Texas and On3 thinks he’s leaning Aggy… they actually don’t even have us listed. He would be a nice get and I think he and Austin could be elite Corners.

His recruitment has been kind of all over the map. Nobody knows where he’s leaning.

That doesn’t really mean anything, Toviano isn’t the only high profile CB(s) LSU is truly pushing for.

I'm really not sure what you're getting at with your comment. I would hope we're recruiting more than one high profile corner.
A recruit coming to one of our big recruiting weekend is definitely a positive. It doesn't mean we lead or he's coming here, but he's interested enough to travel here and getting guys on campus is huge for the coaches to get in guys ears and sell them on the school.

How does a recruit visiting or not visiting mean anything? So if he goes to A&M and Texas this weekend but skips LSU it’s nothing?

He has interest in LSU, he doesn’t have to visit to prove it. His recruitment has been extremely quiet and LSU has remained in his top 2 to 3 consistently. But like i said earlier, he’s not the only top rated CB(s) they are going after.

Nah i don’t have to learn anything, I’m just telling people what I’ve been told. LSU is trying to flip 2 committed CBs on top of recruiting Toviano.

And many a recruiting battle has been won on campus. If you don't get them there you're fighting with one hand tied behind your back.
