The semiconductor bill is up for vote this week, I wonder if Paul Pelosi thought about this? If he doesn't vote it could be killed in the senate. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I was told it's no big deal if an older person gets COVID.

Dont wish death on anyone but wouldnt the Gov (repbulican) send a republican to the senate giving them the majority?

Am I the only one that noticed that it’s taken Democrats nearly 3 years to catch Covid?

not to mention... West Virginia would likely just end up voting in a Republican to replace him
he's like West Virginia's Mary Landrieu... a Senate Democrat from a ruby red state who is somehow able to keep a seat that should be red blue for about 2 election cycles longer than it should've been
didn't West Virginia give Trump his largest win in any state in 2020?

I’ll be glad when Joe is replaced by a real conservative

Yeah - me too - Manchin allows the DEMs to be in control of Senate agenda. If he were serious, he'd just switch to GOP and give them the majority.

Another $79 BILLION that Paul P bought $5 million in a stock company before the house voted on it, it did pass the house.
SC Bill

I think the smart ones are scared covid wins. If it does then his seat will be filled with a republican.

I heard today on I forgot what news report (radio) that all senate votes have to be in person.

I am sorry to hear that Senator Manchin has COVID, and I hope that he has a safe and speedy recovery.
But yes: should there be a vacancy his seat would be filled by the Republican governor of West Virginia, and a Republican appointee would turn control of the Senate over to the Republicans.

Breaux would be despised by the Dems today... 1000X more than Manchin. He was the most middle of the road politician ever.

Some of you are childlike in your tribal viewpoints. You don’t seem to have room in your brain for the concept of someone who mainly agrees with one party but agrees with the other on a few issues.
