2007 Sugar. What a thorough demolition.

2010 versus aTm was also great.

2005 Peach is up there

Believe it or not, the Saban Peach Bowl over GEorgia Tech as sign of things to come was pretty sweet.

Both nice. 2001 Sugar Bowl v Illinois was a hoot. I was living in Shreveport at the time so both Independence Bowl wins.

Loved this one.

Since it was played in 2011, LSU did go 14-0 that year

I remember Desmond Howard b4 the 2005 Peach Bowl saying that Randy Shannon was gonna turn them boys loose. We ran for over 200.

The 2011 Cotton Bowl was awesome. TM7’s TD still counts to me damn it!

Goin way back here, but…

- ‘87 Gator Bowl vs non SEC member South Carolina. SC had the “Black Death” defense and had National Champion Miami on the ropes that year, losing 20-16. Their D was predicted to smother us, but we manhandled them 30-13. At that point that was only the 2nd bowl win in like 15 years so it was sweet.

From there, I’ll go…
- ‘05 Peach Bowl (Miami)
- ‘07 Sugar Bowl (Notre Dame)

Also…
- ‘95 Independence Bowl (Michigan State) following 6 straight losing seasons was sweet.

The January 1, 2002 Sugar Bowl against Illinois comes to mind. It was the dawn of the Golden Era. We spent New Years Eve at Galatoire’s partying all night. It was like a gigantic LSU pep rally in there.
