In most jurisdictions (maybe all) the shirt answer is no. She’s not entitled to any of the funds. That’s somewhat of an educated guess but I think it is correct.

It's even funnier when you can hear him grunting.

No way this actually happens,but what if Gene “handles” the situation he encountered from the mall when on the phone with the vacuum guy. He then gets arrested and Kim is lawyer representing him.

She was in for a payday simply because she was married to Jimmy. So she still would be, probably even if they divorce. But given how she left, I doubt she wants any of it.

if they end up going their separate ways it wouldn't make sense for them to stay married would it? And isn't there an episode in BB where saul references having 2 wives? "something something 'my second wife'" or somethign along those lines? If he was still married to kim would he use that verbiage?

I think that's exactly what she did, in a colder, even more fricked up way. She knew about the Hamlin's marital troubles, but the wife wouldn't have known she, or anyone else, did. By innocently saying "you're right, you're the wife, you would have seen the signs of addiction" Kim basically flipped the script on the wife and said, without saying it, that the wife had a hand in the purported suicide, either by leaving him or by not paying attention to what everyone else saw as a decline (even if mostly staged). And the wife leaves the conversation crying due to guilt. That shite was vicious.
