That's my thought also. I don't think that woman is really the mom of that 10yr old. That woman seems to have given the 10yr old to her boyfriend, to play around with. Apparently the lil girl was afraid of saying who did it, and the 'mom' kept quiet as well. That woman has probably abused that lil girl a lot in the past.
