Isn’t it cheaper to just hit drink specials at the FloriBama?

Do they have 24 hr protection from the USCG? Pretty tempting target for Bama Baws. Lots artificial reef potential.

Good luck finding a boat or marina to take the women out there.

You’re kidding? There is a story about someone off the Louisiana Coast selling fuel to Nazi U boats. Someone will sell it

The government also said, at one time, that blacks aren’t people. You would agree with that take if the 13th was abolished?

Probably shouldn’t mention this, but there’s a perfectly good abortion clinic right across the state line in Pensacola.

Anybody got the phone number of those French DGSE frogmen who sunk that greenpeace boat in New Zealand back in the eighties?

So if I get drunk, drive, have an accident and kill a pregnant woman, how many counts of murder will I face?

The supreme court has already entertained the idea of contraceptives not being considered a right.

But it’s a crime if you kill the woman and the baby she’s carrying.

So which is it you blood thirsty goon?

It's okay, but the chairs in the waiting room are uncomfortable.

Is there anybody, anybody at all, trying to stop you from going to a Walmart or a drugstore and buying a rubber?

They’re not a “right”.

What does this even mean? You have the right to walk your skank arse to the store.

And contraceptive is a good that requires someone else’s labor to make it. As much as you democrats love slavery, you don’t have the right to someone else labor.

I think he’s referring to the statement made by Clarence Thomas in concurrence with Alito on Dodd that the Supreme Court ought to “look at” other Substantive Due Process decisions decided along similar lines as Roe.

Griswald is one such decision in which SCOTUS ruled that states didn’t have the power to regulate contraception.

(Alito, for his part, wrote in his opinion that Dodd’s legal reasoning should be isolated and it should stand alone from other SDP’s cases.)
