Please give me your recs for an all-inclusive resort/wellness retreat in the US for mid-December. Due to the airline’s current disaster we’ll drive, so we need something within a 2 day radius of central MS (we’ll make a road trip of it). I initially loved the idea of Sea Island, GA but got sticker shock when I realized those prices weren’t inclusive. We’d like to hike, explore, have some relaxing spa time, unplug, and enjoy good food. Beaches, woods, or mountains.. it doesn’t matter. Thanks!

Just to clarify, are you asking about "all-inclusive" as in all meals/drinks and activities are included in the price?
Or do you mean, just a big full-service resort where there is enough to do so that you don't have to leave the property?

High Hampton Resort and Blackberry Farm are two that I know of, but are stupid expensive.

Edit to add another I stumbled across that sounds nice. LINK

It doesn't seem like there are many all inclusives in the U.S. and if you go the cheap route I can't imagine the food being all that good.

Let us know what you plan on.

We went to Ventana Big Sur a couple of yrs ago. Great accommodations, beautiful views, awesome food (Alcoholic drinks not included).

Check out The Bungalows in Key Largo. Haven’t stayed but looked at the property and it’s lovely

I can't imagine many places in the US can find friendly enough staff to provide the same level of service at an all inclusive as what you would see in other countries, but hopefully I'm wrong. Let us know how it goes!
