There’s been a total of 375 cases overturned by DNA since 1989 according to this LINK

That’s just over 11 cases per year, total. (And murders account for 140 of those cases.)

There are close to 4,000 felony sexual assault convictions per year.

So let’s charitably estimate that 10 people could be cleared by DNA per year.

That’s 0.25% of rape convictions. And 0.008% of rape cases reported.

I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say You’ve lost the thread and don’t realize what your defending.

I’m not saying people don’t rape, I’m saying lynching everyone before trial is a great way to kill innocent people.

Take all allegation, subtract those found innocent. We still have 11 people exonerated a year after a trial conviction.

Think how many suspects are rules out by DNA before trial.

Now lynch then all.
