Can a 10 year old rape victim get an abortion? Ohio says NO

The girl is 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant and now has to travel to Indiana for the abortion.
Two things:
1) What monster would force a 10 year old rape victim carry out a full pregnancy? Is it even safe for a 10 year old?
2) is it really too much to have the topic of tampons in shows for 8-12 yo audiences?
This isn't a hypothetical. This is real life.

The requirement for rape victims is that charges must have been pressed against the rapist. The reason for this requirement is that women lie their asses off all the time.
