Ya'll don't get your hopes up over the forthcoming Supreme Court rulings...

re West Virginia v. EPA.
Remember, the Court is made up of (supposed) human beings who are still Political and observe the world around them.
Letting the Left win one and trying to defuse a ticking time-bomb might be the reasoning over actual Law as far as a few of the less honorable Justices are concerned.
Just sayin'....

Yah we lose this is my guess. Roberts will get Kav or ACB to bend the knee with him.
This is the one I care about and I'm not allowed to have nice things anymore. Yall only won on abortion bc I'm agnostic on it.

Conservatives are addicted to losing.
Come on, ooga, We've had three big wins in the last five days. Need to get the big one tomorrow!

The left does not know about WV v. EPA. They have no clue. When the ruling comes down they won't know if they won or lost.
All the hysterical left knows about is Dobbs and RvW is over because of it.

No, it's just the past few years have caused a few of us to lose total faith in humanity.

Well Trump did his best to appoint judges who look only at law, but we are all human at the end of the day.

Idk, I personally think Clarence Thomas is holding a personal grudge on the ATF Waco incident, he’s going to go scorched earth and clean house of all this bullshite.

He's only one man, tho'.

No way. The majority of the low-IQ left don't understand what WV v. EPA means, and they will forget about it instantly if it goes their way. If that was the case, they would have released it before Dobbs.
I'm betting it's going the conservative way. They chose to release it after Dobbs, so some of the heat from Dobbs will get shifted temporarily. The media will be in a frenzy for a few days over EPA, but they will quickly realize their low-IQ viewers have no idea what it's actually about or what the long term implications are. But in the big scheme of things, the EPA case will have the longer lasting and more substantial effects.

frick that nonsense. If those justices found the balls to toss Roe after 50 years, I’d say absolutely nothing is off the table with this court

I’m nervous myself. Thomas and Alito are dependable the others are not.
Deep State uses the regulatory monster to govern “behind the scenes” so goodness knows if they twisted any arms over this.
I’m hoping and praying the bureaucratic monster gets gelded, though.

The difference is the deep state doesn’t care about abortion.
They care about the WV case. That could reign in their power tremendously. Wouldn’t surprise me if a couple justices have been threatened with the Scalia treatment

Gorsuch is dependable on this case. We have 3 solid votes imo
Need 2 of the other 3. I think Kav votes with conservatives. ACB I’m not sure. She is very religious so her stance on Roe is expected but this is a case of how our republic functions and could invalidate decades of regulations. I’m worried she won’t rock that boat

This is the most important one imo. Better not lose

This case could start the healing process, as Congress would actually have to do their jobs and answer to their constituents. Our laws would more closely reflect the will of the people, versus the occupant in the White House.

This could be the turning point for a brighter future.
