She needs to be fired. This is not a job where you can pick and choose who you help based on mere views. If this was allowed to continue Then what would be the difference of not providing care for someone of color, sexual orientation, etc. Medical assistance should be blind of the controversies of the world and within scope of the governmental laws of the region.
