I've been a victim of her sneaky parking tactics (although ticketed not towed) , and the pizza is average on a good day. Reminds me alot of Chef Boyardee pizza from a box.
Factor in the poor attitude and I now refuse to give them my business.
*Wish a new owner would come along and revitalize the joint. Don't really want to see that place shut down and rotting...

I’d be interested in hearing this voicemail - is it still up?
I know there are staff shortages everywhere, but not being able to find ANYBODY to work says a lot about you as a business owner.

I’ll just say, their pizza is good but everything else about the place sucks, and the pizza isn’t worth the hassle nor the price

That’s what is going to happen - I’ve heard there have been offers on the property in the past and the owners have said no

There have probably been a thousand restaurants that have come and gone in BR since Fleur de Lis started slinging pizzas. There have probably been 50 failed restaurants just in Government Street in that time.

She said Friday’s date on it but idk, give them a call and see

Price doesn’t seem to be out of line to me. A large Round the World at FDL is $15, while a small Mothership (great pizza) is $13.50 at Red Zeppelin. Large and small are subjective measures, but the prices don’t seem to be that far apart.

Theyve had people go to her place and order pizzas and try to go across the street to have the pizza with actual good beer. The second they bring the pizza across the street, she calls the tow company.
I’m not sure the layout of these buildings and the parking situation, but this is completely fair. If you go get a pizza to go, you should leave their parking lot (assuming it’s not a shared lot).

I say the government should force her to give her parking lot away? I don’t believe so.
Nobody said anything about government until you brought it up.
But you did say that since she has more than you think is enough, others should be able to share in it.

Sounds like she should take that $50/hour for off duty cops and put it towards keeping the doors open
Excellent point, if her staffing issues are due to paying low wages.

Are the pizza owners the property owners as well?

Everything you said makes perfect, reasonable sense.

In my opinion, FDL’s pizza is shitty, their service is shitty, and their ambience is shitty. I’ll smile the day something more interesting takes over that space.

Seems like they need to raise their prices so they can pay higher wages.
Their customers go there for the nostalgia, not because they know anything about qualities that make good pizza.
Some people will pay more for good pizza. Those people don't eat at Fleur de Lis. But people who do eat there won't stop just because the price goes up a couple of bucks.

Yeah, I know, he also charges you $1 extra if you’re not Italian

youre knighting pretty hard in here for a place with shitty pizza and an even shittier owner

How many owners are there? How old are they? Let’s say there’s 2 owners, both 60 years old. Can those 2 run an entire restaurant for 3 days alone?

What do you mean “everyone likes dislikes me”?
