Worst airline I've used, even worse than Spirit.
Mike Iaconelli just had a horrible experience with Air Canada so I guess they're awful as well.

Better than Spirit or Southwest lately. I've had more delays and cancellations in the last 6 months with Southwest than I've had the last 10 years of flying.

I'm flying jet blue next week. First they moved up the only direct flight 6.5 hours totally killing a day of plans. Then apparently I have the fare with no carry on. Not even an option to buy so we have to check our luggage x5.
I hate the bag rules now but I guess it's what I get for going with cheapest direct flights.

I flew American yesterday to come out to San Diego. Absolutely no issues.

I took an American flight to OHare at the start of the month and it wasn't bad. The Spirit flight back was much smoother TBH. Both flights were in the AM and direct.

Have had zero issues with American in the last year of flying and hopping on one to Santa Barbara next week. Hope you experience the same!

The following happened to my Mrs. last week.
Flying from Pensacola to Shreveport via Dallas. Plane loads in Pensacola. Captain announces that there will be a slight delay in taking off due to paperwork. They sat for an hour and a half before taking off. She misses her initial connecting flight and has to catch a later one into Shreveport.
For the return. American cancels the flight from Dallas to Pensacola. Now she has to fly into Ft. Walton and arrives at 11:00 P.M.
She has to travel next week to Lakeland, FL. and has decided to drive.
