Seems to be for some new electric vehicle car companies are coming out with. I honestly don't believe the demand is out there, so what are they do with all this excess inventory? My guess is you and me are gonna be on the hook for them.

There was basically no demand for electronic cigarettes until the use of tobacco cigarettes was greatly infringed.

Now, the same folks want to outlaw electronic cigarettes.

A movement, by definition, has no end.

Tesla is doing nothing but raising prices and pushing out delivery dates while building factories in record time. So yes, there is no demand.

EDIT: I believe the Ford F150 electric version is also getting marked up by over 50K by dealers.

None of these price increases are sustainable over the long term, but it does point to a huge demand.

Why does it seem like governments today view their role in society as FORCING people to get sh!t that they don’t want all in the name of HOAXES that they created and perpetrated.

They are trying to sell a failed idea.
Check to see who is the CEOs of these companies.
No one really wants these things, they are a pain in the arse.

Rented a Jeep this week and when I picked it up found out it was a hybrid. I can see advantages if you live in a bigger city with a charging station available. If you are in a rural area and have to travel long distances it does not benefit you much to have one.

damn!!!! - had not even thought of that -

I quit looking for bad outcomes with understanding the huge load it would put on our electricity generation systems to replace all that petroleum derived energy. More windmills and solar panels aint gonna make a dent.

Until they start pushing NUCLEAR - I turn a deaf ear to any of their bleating.

A hybrid doesn't need a charging station to see gas-saving benefits.

Who gives a damn about demand.

We don’t have the infrastructure for it.

That is the plan that started with Obama and was interrupted by President Trump.

Maybe the car companies overestimate the number of people who buy into the climate change nonsense.

Any automotive manufacturers seeking a bailout are going to need to get in line behind the banks (mortgage-backed securities) ,the airlines, energy producers, blue cities, etc., etc., etc.

There’s clearly a demand for new EVs which is exhibited by the fact they’re all sold out. What’s goes unnoticed is that other than Tesla’s the novelty seems to immediately fade after the first production run, which show how much of a novelty item these vehicles are. Every company is raising prices yet GM is slashing the price of its Bolt. …that’s insane given the current car climate. I don’t think anyone will be surprised to see the same issue with F150s, Mustangs, Cadillacs after the early adopters get there’s…and the rest of the population realizes they don’t really like what’s being offered
