Could the Pels be interested in x2 Euroleague Finals MVP, PG Vasilije Micic?

Micic is a 28 year old Serbian PG/SG. He was drafted in 2014 but has not come over yet. OKC controls his rights.
It has come out recently that he is ready to come over, but does not want to play for OKC “because of their crowded backcourt” (lol), so OKC is looking to trade his rights somewhere and he will come over.
Well…the plot thickens.
Hmmmm. With draft approaching interesting time for Langdon to be in Europe.

Obviously could be nothing but it’s interesting. Highly highly decorated PG in Europe that has won big there.

Now the 6’5 Serbian combo guard wants to come to the NBA — but not play for the Thunder, who both have a crowded backcourt and own his draft rights. The Thunder and Micic’s people are working on a trade to get him to a place he wants to play, reports Donatas Urbonas of BasketNews (hat tip Real GM).

Vasilije Micic plays for Anadolu Efes
OKC owns Micic's draft rights
Micic is a EuroLeague MVP/2X Finals MVP
Micic wants to play in the NBA
OKC has the #12 pick
NOP has the #8 pick
(This could mean nothing)

8, Devonte' and 41 for 12, 34, Micic and a future 1?

Our good Croatian mate Mark Cvitonivic would be livid - he hates "Chetniks"

Decent size, career 37% 3 point shooters, looks to have decent enough speed too. If his skills translate he's probably a good upgrade over Devonte because he can attack the basket.

Couldn’t he be in Serbia scouting Jovic
Also according to bref, Langdon played for this Club in 03-04

short a roster spot
have to send out another player, or sell 34 (which is dumb)

Make it an added bonus that OKC drafted him, they have a good track record

No chance. Im not giving up the 8th overall pick for a 29 year old international rookie.

I know the OKC bloggers are starving for that 8th pick, so people are proposing multiple pieces in a potential trade, but Hollinger mentioned today in his FA PG article that a future 2nd is his value.
Even if it involves a salary dump, I just can't see trading out of the 8th pick for a guy with future second round pick value, that OKC has no interest in rostering.
Anything they get for this guy is gravy for them, because they have no interest in him. Plus, we know they're gonna flip Graham for assets down the road.
Also, I could be wrong, but the success rate of guys that come over from Europe later in their career seems atrocious.
