Not surprised about this at all Colin Trevorrow clearly has no idea how to handle a franchise like this. Painful to see one my favorite franchises from my childhood get bombed by critics like this but I can only be mad at the people who let it happen

I’m sure it’s more to do with the hate Chris Pratt gets then the movie itself sucking, still going to go see it tho

I didn’t care much for the last one. Huge fan of Chris Pratt but he couldn’t save it for me. Bryce Dallas Howard, IMO, is a god awful actress and is only in her position because of her father.

I thought TLW was good albeit the final act is random. The first two acts are fairly solid and all the dinos seemed like real threats.

Chris Pratt is a talented actor who is horribly underutilized in this "rebooted" series.
Almost everyone of his lines is cringe.

The dinosaurs look fricking awful in the commercials I have seen. Obvious CGI. Remember how great the animatronics & CGI looked for the first two movies? What the frick happened?

Chris Pratt is definitely right for the lead role so if it sucks it’s not because of him. That being said I don’t care what the critics say. It will be a fun movie! Besides the first film none of the movies were ever deemed Oscar quality, not that that really matters anymore. But the Franchise is what it is. A summer blockbuster to entertain you and that is it.

It’s like Terminator where’s there’s really only one plot they can use.
At least Cameron got 2 great movies out of that franchise as opposed to this one.
