Look buddy. I tested positive for Lyme after a bit about 15 years ago. I was on Doxy for about two months. It made my immune system go HAM for about a year afterwards. Just go to the Dr.

I hope it wasn’t a Texas tick that takes away your ability to eat red meat.

What kind of rash is it, cockgobblerboi? Post a pic of it….

It's just a big rash, I don't see a bullseye and when I pulled the tick out his head came out as well.
I was in Texas at my dad's house going through his shed when I found the tick. The tick was black with a spot on it.
I've been bitten by hundreds of ticks hiking the Appalachian mountains and never had a reaction like this.
My doctor is a female and the bite is under my ballsack. I really don't want her pulling up my sack while examining a bite neat my gooch. Not gonna lie I'd probably get an election because she is kind of hot.
I think I'll just take a pic of it and show her.

Had Lyme once. A strong antibiotic course cured it.
If it was a Texan tick, prolly not Lyme.
As with most external cuts/rashes/infections, the best course of action is to rub some bacon on it.
Not sure if it will help, but bacon has a thousand uses.

Lyme disease aside, this is an insane reason to not have a doctor look at a potentially infected area of your body. You may want to do something about a level of anxiety where you are more concerned about possibly popping an erection than having a life threatening disease.
Go to the doctor.
Go to the doctor.

You should text it to her with the caption "Can you believe the size of this tick bite?!?!?"

You must see a Dr. You have a concern with your Doc being Female-go to a different Doc.-but get to a Dr.You must get it diagnosed properly. This is no time to avoid going to the Dr.

the rash is next to my ball sack and I don't want the doctor to be feeling/looking around down there.
I get that, I really do, but I think the wise thing is to just push through that and let the doctor check it out.

Been "there" too (believe it or not).
Try Tea Tree Oil apps...and Vaseline to force it to leave the premises.
Don't mess around. Do what you gotta do, see a doc (FUGLY preferably if female) and go on an antibiotic ASAP.

Could be rocky mountain spotted fever. I got it... I had a rash up and down my rib cage and back. Itched like hell then turned to bruises which was weird. Didn't really have much of a fever and it was over in a couple of days. Think they may have given me some antibiotics. However I'm pretty sure Rocky mountain spotted fever can be dangerous. Keep an eye on it if it starts spreading call you GP

quote:Wife got RMSF from a tick bite 9 years ago. Unfortunately it took about a month before it was correctly diagnosed.
If it were me, I would declare it as Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, just to avoid the bitch arse association with Lyme Disease. RMSF sounds rugged. Lyme sounds like fibromyalgia.
Symptoms of RMSF and Lymes are actually pretty similar, especially the neuropathic ones - but her infectious disease specialist told her she should be thankful it wasn’t Lymes, because they tend to be permanent.
Took her awhile to fully recover. Better get it checked out soon.

See a doctor sooner rather than later
