I work with a few mid 20s woke guys. They are both fat, with sleeve tats, Buddy Holly glasses and beards. They probably both own multiple fedoras. The stereotypes write themselves sometimes.

I know plenty and many of them are smart, friendly, courteous people outside of their insane political beliefs. It use to bother me trying to reconcile the likable person with such outrageous beliefs but I’ve accepted for whatever reason they believe they are right and there is no use in arguing or debating political/social issues with them. If they start in talking about or posting about political/social issues I walk away or scroll past it before it makes me mad and I end up in a pointless argument .
