Ya can abandon them.. but with the help of massive propaganda apparatuses, we'll remain a two party system that forms the uniparty. The other political parties will continue to be drowned out.

Yes.

Is it time to abandon them?
these bastards no longer work for the American people. they lie to us and fill their pockets with corrupt, dirty money.
they sit on their hands while fraudulent and stolen elections take place in the open for all to see.
but 'muh gun control' is your last stand.
what about abortion? you ok with that?

GOP establishment is just as bad as Dems. If a reasonable moderate candidate came about, you’d see an exodus from the party like you’ve never seen.

And all the moderate centrists who just like voting Republican for low taxes and pro-business policies
Without these people America would have had Joe Biden economic policies for 50 years…..voting with your wallet and not your bleeding heart has held this country together for a century. It may not be enough anymore but it’s not time to abandon it yet.

The GOP abandoning the 2A would be the death of the party.

Republicans in Congress. Don't do it. Don't surrender to ANY form of gun control. You will pay a hefty price in the upcoming elections if you do.

The RINOs don’t install themselves, the oblivious voters do. If the base is not knowledgeable to their positions then it’s our fault. People need to be more attentive that’s why democrats seem to win overall and system is always moving in a more progressive direction as their base just wants stuff and doesn’t care about outcomes other than free shite

Keep in mind the GOP has to look like they are doing something or they will be crushed in the press all the way to the mid-terms. It will be several months of foot dragging in the next five plus months. Gun control will be the democrats rallying call until the election. That is when they are not talking about abortion. Let the GOP play the game but do nothing. They can't do the talk to the hand thing this time.

quote:It's way past time for that. Republican 'leaders' never do anything when dems are on the rampage because they're fake republicans.
If they can't hold the line here, is it time to send them all packing and restart from scratch?
Just make sure you don't replace them with more fake republicans.

If the GOP cucks out on gun control it is because WE abandoned THEM, not the other way around. Both political parties are manned by weathervanes. For years there has been enough wind blowing in the 2nd amendment direction to support their caucus' position. If that wind dissipates, and blows in the other direction, the weathervane will turn and point toward gun control. Don't blame the weathervane for that.
If you want to take your supporters off into the hinterlands of third party America we'll be sorry to see you go. The result will be a strong shift to the left. You can expect universal, single-payer health care, complete banning of guns and probably hunting, public housing built into suburbs, universal education curricula including Critical Race Theory, reparations to everyone but you and me, etc.
