Maybe he wants to where it. Perhaps he thinks you’re a dumbass for not wearing one.

Bull fricking shite, I had/have horrible allergies. Did the weekly shots, taken everything under the sun for them etc. No chance in hell I am wearing a mask with the exception of cutting or bailing hay.

Yes, cats. She has broken apartment leases because a cat lived there years ago and it still bothered her that much.

But we don't have any cats, and we live in a new build home. So she doesn't wear a mask indoors. She will put one on if we are gonna be working in the garden/yard for an extended period.

She does all that, too. You're also probably tougher/prouder/more vain/more concerned with others' perceptions than she is, which is fine.

He might have a specific reason for doing so, but either way.. Who gives a frick? Why worry about what other people do if it has no impact on your life?

It’s not like I went up to him and took his mask off. Just making an observation. Funny how I never saw anyone wear a mask for “allergies” outdoors playing golf or cutting grass or petting a fricking cat before COVID and if anyone else says they have they are lying.

Some people wore masks for other reasons before Covid. Why judge? Do you.

You act like you never saw masks before. I certainly did before Covid. I’m not lying. I know a number of folks who had to wear them after being released from the hospital for a while long before Covid. Immune compromised folks have to wear them sometimes. You just like to jump to conclusions and criticize. That’s what’s sad.

I may wear one when the Sahara stuff arrives. Did a number on me before. It was not pleasant.

No, you just saved it up to virtue signal this evening on TD.

You've never seen an Asian person in public? Or anyone mowing the lawn with a mask on? My older neighbors did that when I was growing up, and I never really thought twice about it.

My SO had never considered it before COVID, but realized it helped (or at least discovered a placebo effect), so she has kept doing it.

If it allows us to spend more time together doing fun stuff outdoors, I'm all for it. Even if I give her grief sometimes.
