st.louis being #1 is bullshite.

Unlike all of those other cities, who are part of a county, st.louis is not. If it was, like every other city, they would be in the 20's in crime per capita,etc.

Let's also add, that instead of having a county to dilute the numbers, they also get east st.louis, venice, brooklyn illinois included in their crime numbers. fricking cities in Illinois get counted, but not st.louis county.
