Praise God if so

If a clerk leaked it, they must be fired (media will make them a hero)

If a lefty justice leaked it, they must be impeached

This is huge for Democrats. I see them making a big push in midterms now

Regardless of how you feel personally, middle ground people will oppose this

Gonna setup my taco truck in back alleys. All those folks in the lobby of back alley clinics might get hungry.

How often does a draft opinion leak?

Heads should roll for that alone.

Holy shite. This is going to get crazy.

Dems got the best thing they could ever ask for now. Huge huge galvanizing moment for them going into midterms.

I know many think Roe v. Wade is codified law. But instead it’s actually one of the worst decisions from SCOUTUS from a legal standpoint. And considering some of the other dubious rulings it’s had in its history, that’s saying something. It has no legal grounds to stand on. There is nothing in the Constitution that establishes a right to abort a perfectly healthy fetus. The Supreme Court literally pulled it out of their arse.

Having said that, as has been pointed out, if a state wants to pass a law legalizing it there, there’s nothing in the constitution to stop them. Of course though a strong case could be put forth then that abortion violates the constitutional rights the unborn.
