See what happened to Disney? Exxon doesn’t want that evil.

I tried.
But to the point: I openly welcome backlash. The worm is turning. F all these terrorists.

Are gays and blacks the only groups that companies need to show pride in?
Mexicans, Indians, Koreans, Japanese, Vietnamese, Native Americans, Jamaicans, creoles, Jews (for many it’s not about religion), Lebanese, Persians, Pakistanis, Kurds, Ukrainians, others who had to deal with the Brit oppression and/or relocation like the Irish, Scots, & Cajuns, those who cannot use or read plural pronouns to describe one person as it’s illogical, those affected by black violence (which unlike blm can focus on the black on black violence problem), gays who liked having the excuse to not get married and like their men vagina free, lesbians who like their women penis free, bi-sexuals who admit they really are just sluts, and so on.
One can be found for every day of the year if a company is so concerned about showcasing identity politics over their business.

So, you fly an American flag that is 98% full and you fly a LGBQT flag that is 2% full right under it. Problem solved.

Remember 25 years ago:
“We just want to get married, who cares!?”
Today:
“We just want to frick your kids, who cares!?”

Normally, I'd laugh at the idea of backlash against Exxon in Texas. But, I was just in Dallas, and I was shocked by the number of people still wearing masks.

Quick story on heritage Exxon history. Prior to the finalization of the Exxon and Mobil merger, there was a protest in front of the Exxon God Pod in Las Colinas, TX. Mobil had same-sex partner benefits, where Exxon did not. Contrary to popular belief, it was a takeover more than a merger. Most company systems went to the Exxon way of operating.
The alphabet soup Mobil employees got out their pitch forks and torches expecting to be heard, and they were. Old hairlip Lee Raymond, then CEO, apparently got on a megaphone and told the crowd (paraphrasing), “Moving forward, we will not offer the benefit. If you want us to offer that, pass a law.”
And until recently with the “legalization” of same sex marriages, there have not been same sex benefits.

How recent was this that they started offering those benefits?

Why would a company fly a terrorist organization flag?

“It is difficult to reconcile how ExxonMobil recognizes the value of promoting our corporation as supportive of the LGBTQ+ community externally (e.g. advertisements, Pride parades, social media posts) but now believes it inappropriate to visibly show support for our LGBTQ+ employees at the workplace,” the workers’ group said in the email.
Translation: You either celebrate us or we're going to call you a bigot.

These two collective societies seem to always demand special treatment and attention, which I abhor.

When it changed from equality to equity, people should have started asking questions.

Keep that horseshite out of the workplace. It is not welcome.
