Not an employee but a kid at my grade school years ago:
Took the ceiling tile down and pooped on it, then smeared it and put it back up.

I’d have a full staff meeting and inform them of the issues. Then I would tell them the bathrooms are to remain locked and you must get a key from the manager on duty. Upon return of the key the manager will take a quick check of the restroom. Should put a stop to that behavior quite quickly.

That’s disgusting. Fortunately, I have never had to deal with employees that behave like this.

Make them check out a key. After the key is returned do an inspection before the next person enters. Anyone leaving the facilities in unacceptable condition has to come in and do a deep clean on their day off.

I worked in a plant near Houston for a number of years and some knucklehead started shitting in the urinals a couple of times each week. Site never found a pattern for the day or which urinal was used.
Walk in to take a piss and you were greeted with a long brown snake curled up on top of the piss cake.
Toilets were open, stocked, and clean - this MF just preferred to shite in the urinal… or maybe to carry the turd over to the urinal - either way, still nasty.
When I left they were still trying to figure out who it was. Plant manager would try and sneak in multiple times each day to catch someone in the act. Offered up a $200 gift card to whomever ratted the guy out.

Easy, make them have to use a key, and you'll have video of who used key. When an employee tells you something is trashed, the last guy to use it is fired, period.
