My first and current house looks kind of similar but it’s still in the same starter home category. Gotta say, owning a house was my dream and I got it.

Sure you do. He’s probably some bearded, non-binary, self-proclaimed deep thinker, who lives in a third floor flat in a gentrified section of a big city.
