Not on Siegen lane....not even in Louisiana, but today I saw an entire family. Two parents (I'm assuming) and their two kids (again assuming) at a busy corner of a shopping center that included a Publix. This was during school hours, too.

Preach brother. I’ve felt this way for years. Lock them all up/away. If theyre bat shite crazy, they need to be institutionalized. If they’re addicts, they need to be hospitalized till they are clean. If they’re just fricking losers, send them to jail. They can live there and try to get their shite together. Enough is enough.

1. EBR parish prison is not taking misdemeanors currently.
2. You can't write these guys a citation because they don't typically have ID.
3.When that occurs they have to be booked into parish prison until they can be identified.

This could actually work. If you’re a homeless or a smoker you get your SSN put into a big bingo spinner. Each illegal gets to pull a card. If they pick your SSN they keep it and you go to Mexico.

Stand near them with a large sign telling people to donate to homeless shelter and/or food bank. They’ll go away when people stop giving them money thinking they are starving.

When St George is eventually formed, there will be a city-sanctioned humongous band of citizens who will make regular trips into homeless encampments and beat the everIrving piss out of these people. Keep that shite in its natural state of Baton Rouge and stay out of God’s Country.

It's not just there either. I've noticed them much more often at North Foster/Florida and yesterday there were two working Acadian/Florida (one in the medians on either side of Florida).

If I was mayor, I'd direct Chief to have his officers arrest every one of them, drive them to the bus station, buy them a nonrefundable ticket to LA, wait for them to board the bus and then follow the bus to the Atchafalya.
