The TV announcers have a disgusting preference for the "blue-blood" schools. It is really about the TV money and nothing about fair or equally applied governance of college athletics.

And the last team knocked out recently had their star player receiving 100s of thousand dollars in benefits for his family.
These teams drive up the TV ratings so they skate.
