The experts are right. This is just Trump artificially manufacturing an angle that made him the president last time.

If you can’t see that, you’re too far gone down the rightoid media hole.

Yeah. It could easily be applied to bringing it all out faster; and applying pressure to Durham to not slow roll and placate. Because the ones that run the DC show can't allow themselves to be exposed because let's face it the swamp gonna swamp protect itself..

The Fox guarding the hen house needs exposed ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Look at all of the things they accused Trump of and it takes sometimes years before their gas lighting lies are exposed.

It could help bring it about faster.

Re: the ditzy-like TV lawyer. Your worries are validated

Maybe we shouldn't be so worried as the article implies she is eye candy and a mouthpiece.

The other lawyers will do the legal work. She is a pretty face for TV.

Yep. And as a shitty lawyer myself,
What makes the lower rated schools shitty?

A.) They don't bother to teach all of the material?

B.) Their professors aren't well known or recognized leaders?

C.) Their graduates, being less exceptional students, don't do well on the bar exam but there is nothing much the professors could have done?

But go ahead and tell us who on the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court should recuse themselves from this case based on who appointed them.
No. You go ahead and tell me how the recusal game works.

Jeff Sessions worked in the Trump Campaign completely peripheral to the bullshite Russian narrative, yet emotional screeching howls emanated from every orifice of the legal establishment for his recusal. It led to his withdrawal, and opened the door for a festering false narrative which undercut a Presidency.

Meanwhile, U.S. solicitors general who get appointed to the Supreme Court have recused themselves from cases that they worked on. It was precedent .... at least until Elena Kagan decided she should rule AS THE DECIDING VOTE on Obamacare. Even libs thought she should recuse. Where were the cries and conniptions from legal "scholars" and "experts"?

With regard to your judge essentially being an appointee of the defendant in the case, WTF more do you want? It is a double standard evident to anyone with a brain.

THERE IS NO ROOM FOR DOUBLE STANDARD IN THE LAW.

Artificially manufacturing an angle? ... You mean like his 'artificial claim' the bullshite Russia narrative was a hoax? That kind of manufactured angle? Have you been living under a rock?

This is ironic because I’ve repeatedly pointed out that the outrage cycle for libs between 2016-2020 is very similar to the outrage cycle for cons from 2020 to present.

The election fraud bullshite is just the exact same “we can’t accept the legitimate results produced by the election” as Russiagate.

Hyperbolic snap judgements given by people who know nothing of the evidence?

How very Democrat of them.

Oh I didn’t realize most all the most prominent national news outlets were howling nonstop (while taking whatever liberties they felt like in the moment) about a fraudulent election, or actually even extreme promotion of a fraudulent election, much as they did in promoting Russia obsession and hysteria.

Agreed. You have a duty of competence and that can be breached by getting into areas you don’t know about. I refer things out all the time because it’s not in my area of competence and it’s cost-prohibitive for both me and the potential client for me to try to gain competency in that particular area with the rest of my practice ongoing.

Seems like this is something that probably should have been filed years ago if someone was ever going to do it. Are there any material fact allegations in this suit that aren’t already timed out?
