I get your point but the "airbrushed" photo of Lia is a screencap from a video... not THAT surprising that it's lacking details like a strong brow or facial hair

But the only reason it’s lacking those details is they airbrushed them out. The original, as you can see, had all the details until they edited them out. Why, in your honest opinion, did they make those edits?

I miss what we called the “crack machine”. Bar top arcade game with semi nude/semi hot chicks where you had to find the differences. We used to play that damn thing all the time. It got so much harder the drunker we got. Good times!!

These aren't the same image. The one on the right is slightly later in time (you can tell from the water drops positioning).
The left image is a screencap from a web video taken at 0:03 in on a tweet, the uncropped version is literally in the OP.
The right image is a still photograph licensed by Getty Images.
A still photograph is going to have far better detail than a single frame capture from a web video, which uses a type of compression that requires motion to properly establish details.
The level of detail in the still photograph clearly exceeds what you'd see from a typical web video.
I say this as the husband of a former competitive female swimmer who can't stand Lia Thomas or the media, but I fully expect a deluge of downvotes for disagreeing with the groupthink outrage
