Six pages of you fools arguing about Rouses is sad.
The answer is Super 1 for the average baw.

I love Food and Stuff. It’s where I get all of my food and most of my stuff.

rouses are hit or miss for me.
Some of them just are in older areas with complete shite parking setup.
We had a publix by my house in GA and it was better than any rouses i had been to, but it could be the area. Like im sure there are shitty publix out there.
Same with winn dixie, you go to a brand new winn dixie and it looks nice. go by an old one and your like im at the fricking kmart of grocery stores.

Rouses is the one I have access to, but I like Publix.

Good Food Store in Missoula is one of the best independent stores in the west.

There's Lowe's grocery (no relation to the big box hardware chain of the same name)that is pleasant. Located in NC, possibly other states.
I forgot about Lowe’s. Mom used to take me there as a kid. They’re mostly in the Raleigh area. Haven’t seen any in Charlotte

I do love Central Market, although their prices are higher than Whole Foods.
You got that backwards, brotein.
Red grapes at CM: $3.48/lb
Red grapes at WF: $2.99/lb (currently $2.49 on sale)
For example...

Harmon's and it isn't even close. They do everything exceptional.

Harris Teeter is an overpriced Kroger (says the person who used to regularly go to the one near the Pentagon).
My pick, aside from the obvious Publix, is Wegman’s. Prices are good and their private brand is excellent. Very good deli, bakery, meat counter, etc. as well.

I rarely have a bad experience at Publix (there are 3 within a couple miles of me), but I don't fully appreciate it until I drop into a Kroger every few months.
It's basically like going to Nordstrom vs. Macy's, etc., a lot of the same stuff sometimes but it's brighter, cleaner, well-organized, less worn, etc.
