Where was O’Neal tonight?

The effort by the likes of Eason and Days left so much to be desired.
And the team played a putrid second half.

Don't forget Efton Reid.

Days' production wasn't good, though he did have 4x the boards of our next leading rebounder. His effort was best on the team though besides Pinson. He actually didn't look scared of Oscar unlike Tari.

You don’t play O’Neal to risk losing Reid’s tremendous production: 5 points, 2 rebounds, 0 blocks, 5 fouls
Days played hard. He just couldn’t make anything from deep. It seemed like it was past Eason’s bedtime and Murray looked like he took sedatives right before the game.
LSU held a 10 point lead for much of the 1st half (largely due to the great play of Pinson). Yet, there was little to no excitement or energy from most of the team. When you have a chance to get a HUGE road win late in the season and 1/2 the team seems like they don’t even care…that is concerning

Yeah, didn't like Murray or Eason's body language all game. Not sure what was up with that, but this team can't afford for 2 of their best players to play like trash.
Reid get's pushed around, but he does try. He's just not ready yet. Unfortunately WW feels he's our best option.
I don't understand why Days doesn't go down on the block more on offense. When he's matched up with a G he's hard to handle down there. Instead he's outside laying bricks.
Pinson was a warrior, he just didn't get much help tonight.

Calling out Days’ effort is flat out ridiculous. Days battles his arse off on the boards every single game. He allows us to go small because his effort and physicality allows him to play taller than he is. Last night he rolled his ankle late in the first half and never even looked at the bench to come out of the game. Days is far from a perfect player, but he always plays hard.

Yeah, just because his shots didn’t fall didn’t mean he wasn’t fighting

Days was one of our worst perimeter defenders last night, absolutely awful

I've been on Darius because of his constant swings & misses at 3's, but he played his arse off last night. No way should he get any blame. The team, sans Gaines looked worn out in the 2nd half. A full strength KY team would have totally embarrassed us.

Sadly enough that’s actually one of his more productive games lately

Some of that is on wade. He has even talked in press conferences about next year and how he messed this year up.
Imo he needs some upperclassmen transfers.

Days is a an excellent rebounder and when he is hot, he makes the threes.
He is a liability on defense and can't beat anyuone off the dribble.
