When did you realize you were getting older and not a spring chicken anymore?

For me it was when I coughed really hard in the shower and pulled a muscle in my back. It hurt for a good week.

Right at age 30 is when I noticed my body hurting more and I couldn’t go go go like I used to.

When I pulled a muscle in my abs while I was switching positions one night with the old lady.

When I was about 50. I played basketball with my nephews and good lord, did I pay for it the next day.

Mid 40s, when I woke up one day and pretty much any printed word was a blur.

2 day hangovers when I drink more then 4-5 beers a night. It started in my late 30s
