Don't have problems sleeping, but like late nights every now and then. Can anyone else function after 5 hours sleep? No sleep braggers welcome....

When I get tired. The hours wane and the mind wanders. Night shifts messed me up and I’ve never really recovered

Between 9-11. It varies with what the next day holds.

Usually between 11:00 and 1:00. Fell asleep around 9:30 last night, which almost never happens, and woke up at 2:00. 3:38 and haven’t been able to go back to sleep yet.

5-6 hours on weeknights. A little less on the weekends.

I can function with 4 hours or so without much problem until about the 3rd or 4th night. Then i need a 7+ night to get back to normal.

I get 7-8 every day. Day shift - i’m in bed before 9pm. Night Shift - i’m in bed when I get home, 630ish. My wife hates the fact I close my eyes and go to sleep almost any time I want. I’ve never understood people who lay in bed and can’t go to sleep.

Troof, baw. Tinka(1051bs)joined Jax(104lbs), Peanut, (8lbs) with Mrs. Hangit and I in the bed. When Tinka gets in the bed, sleeping is over.

Also, your 3:28 is my 4:28.

Between 8 and 9. Usually closer to 8. Wake up at around 430 to 530. I missed out on a lot of sleep when I was younger. Not doing that anymore.

I’m typically a 10:30pm(ish) - 5:20am guy. I struggle with waking up too early in the middle of the night. Probably anxiety/stress issues.

And no, I can’t function on 5 hours of sleep.

This is me. I try to go to sleep between 10-11 and I have only had my alarm (set to 5:45) wake me up once in the last several months. I usually wake up on my own between 4:30-5 and get up around 5:30.

That’s the worst. When you fall asleep a few hours than normal so your body just thinks your taking a nap so you wake up a few hours later wide awake.
