5-6 hours on weeknights. A little less on the weekends.
I can function with 4 hours or so without much problem until about the 3rd or 4th night. Then i need a 7+ night to get back to normal.

It can be profitable but it's definitely not a guarantee. Finding a good steady job with a reliable and trustworthy contractor is hard to do. Fuel is expensive and insurance in Louisiana is ridiculous. If you don't do your own repairs and maintenance it's hard to turn a decent profit. Plus your always one major breakdown away from having 1000s of dollars worth of repairs.
