Link to where Rogan said he's anti'vaccine? I watch his podcasts at least once a week for going on 5 years now and I've heard him say repeatedly and forcefully that he isn't anti-vaccine. He just says what worked for him.

So why are YOU spreading misinformation? Using woke logic, you should be banned from this site.

Jeez. This thread is like a microcosm of how so many on this board have gone off the deep end the last few years.

No wonder some of the saner voices have stopped posting here.

Well, the federal government encouraging social media platforms to censor someone because they provide alternative opinions followed by a hit job is a pretty big deal. Everyone should really be concerned wether they agree with Rogan or not.

I agree. I’m talking about the laundry list of people dunking on him and anybody who either supports him or appeared on his show.

This wildly disingenuous, even for you.

Meh. He said some things in poor taste. He should’ve issued the following apology.

“I will apologize for my use of the word n***** when Dave Chappelle, Lil Wayne, Dr. Dre, Jay-Z, and every other entertainer who has used interjected n***** in lyrics, film, or comedy to make their fortune stands with me and issues an apology.”

No.

He didn't even use it in the context as those guys. Rogan used in the "someone said the n word" context, but he said it. Very different.

A lot of his friends have gone on his show. He's helped a lot of people professionally over the years and forged friendships. Many of his guests have become friends with him.

Are they not supposed to forcefully defend their friend if they think he's being treated unfairly? How is that going off the deep end exactly?

Anyone who has friends like the ones who are putting their necks out to defend him should consider themselves fortunate.

Free speech is Free speech.

That includes arguments, insults, put-downs, and anything else under the sun. None should be restricted.

I must really be screwing up my phrasing.

I agree with what you’ve said. I agree that Rogan should stand firm. I agree that his supporters should stand with him.

I’m talking about posts like the first dozen responses to the OP.

Couldn't agree more. As long as it doesn't incite violence. Free speech is the cornerstone of our way of life. People should be "going off the deep end" to defend it. It's a pretty big fricking deal.

What words or phrases are approved as punishable as to “incite violence”?

Phrase it up for me - gimme various ways to say that, if you don’t mind.

Interpretation is a real thing.
