Want to know what the racist post was? It's from 2017, and this is what he wrote:

I knew the Cuba and Bourbon area well years ago. I grew up about 40 miles away. He must have been the only black man living within 15 miles of Bourbon.

2 things I noticed:
1. Proof that when Democrats hear the word KKK they blank out everything else and immediately jump to racism.
2. I didn't know coroners determined justifiable actions in court cases. I thought it was just causes of death. Wouldn't that be up to the state to determine if it's justifiable or not?

If the coroner can show what someone was doing at the time of death, it plays a part.
Like the shots to the Ferguson idiot being at an angle suggesting he was bull-rushing the cop at the time.

100% this.
Coroners determine cause of death, not the criminality behind it.
This is weird.
Apparently they do this in Missouri: "Six county residents were presented with evidence and heard from witnesses about the case at the Crawford County Courthouse to help the coroner determine the manner of death."
Almost sounds like a grand jury of sorts.
