Its not unheard of when their is a change in leadership that there is a house cleaning. Scott Woodward's name in on this but seeing how it was her and the entire recruiting staff you can bet that BK wanted this.

I’m sure she had enough years to retire so she’s not walking away empty handed
Courts will rule on other charges and my guess is she will get some sort of settlement as it will likely never end up in court
