Does anyone else find it strange that this is said by men almost exclusively?

When a man says or writes the word sandwich, they almost always write sammich instead.woman of the otb, is this unattractive?
It’s a douche thing to say obviously , but it’s interesting how it’s used almost all of the time the term is written. It’s just as easy to write, maybe it’s harder to spell sandwich so they just write sammich instead?
It’s no big deal but to me it’s a pet peeve and I find it really corny/cheesy/cringe use whichever , I thing they all mean the same
thing.

quote:
"Make me a sandwich," sometimes deliberately misspelled as “Make me a sammich,” is a catchphrase often used by male internet users to mock, discredit or annoy female internet users, playing off of the sexist trope which states that women belong in the kitchen.

quote:
The phrase "go make me a sandwich" was first introduced in a Saturday Night Live skit[6] that aired on December 16th, 1995. In the skit, actor Tim Meadows appears as John-John Mackey, a weatherman who tries too hard to be hip by using confrontational language during the delivery of his forecasts. While predicting an incoming storm, he tells the storm to go make him a sandwich.
John-John Mackey: When I see a storm front coming, I'm all, "What's up, bitch?!" And the storm is all, "Not, much, Sir." And I'm all, "That's right, bitch! Now, go make me a sandwich!" And you want that kind of confidence in your weatherman!

“Bring me a mater sammich, bitch! Extra Mayo and pepper.“
Sounds fine to me.

I appreciate women with ambition

This isn’t thread worthy, much less pet peeve worthy. This is a thought you should have just kept to yourself and not even discussed with a friend.

Oh for frick sake.
This is virtue signaling and white knighting to an extreme.
Don’t reach so hard that your shoulder is coming out of socket just to have a victim mentality.

Do they really though? I’ve never seen or heard anyone write or say “sammich” except for a few random posts on this site.

Ok, I think I’m more offended by your posting style.
