Bileichick is A tier

B Tier, IMO, has; Tomlin, Payton, Reid, Carroll, Mcarthy, Harghbaugh. Basically every 10 year long coach with 1 title.

Tomlin has to be #1 IMO.

Reid is the tops in that tier. Harbaugh and Payton are 2 and 3 in whatever order. I’d say the order for the rest is Tomlin, Carroll, then McCarthy, not much separation.

Reid/Payton, Carroll/Harbaugh/Tomlin, McCarthy last by far.

He was A-tier. Currently he is B-tier.

McCarthy isn't a B-tier head coach. His record without Favre, Rodgers, and Dak is 11-18-1. He's terrible without an absolute top tier QB.

These are the three best coaches in the league, and the only difference between them being mahomes is with Reid.

Tomlin was handed a winner. Definitely should be in the top tier behind Belechick, but he didn’t have to build the team.

I’ve always been partial to Harbaugh. He sees the angles and isn’t afraid to look stupid.

Payton is not in the B tier, if you pay attention and actually watch the Saints every week.

No mention of Vrabel? I can't think of a coach that has done a better job in three years.

We had a discussion like this last week. Someone posted Payton/Tomlin/Harbaugh side by side and their resumes were very close.

Apparently the best coach is the one who has Tom Brady at qb.
