But weirdly enough, Carhartt will maintain their own mandate.

quote:

Starbucks is no longer requiring its U.S. workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19, reversing a plan it announced earlier this month. In a memo sent Tuesday to employees, the Seattle coffee giant said it was responding to last week’s ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court. In a 6-3 vote, the court rejected the Biden administration’s plan to require vaccines or regular COVID testing at companies with more than 100 workers.

It's pointless anyway. Vaxes are only 50% effective against Omicron.

I can’t imagine that there is a labor shortage for Starbucks. You know how many unemployed liberal arts majors there are?

Wow that’s shocking.

It always amazes me the people that work there, you never see people like that out in the wild in those towns. It’s like the Mail them down from Seattle and they live underneath the store

Don’t be fooled.

They very well would love to virtue signal by imposing the mandate but they know too many workers would simply walk away.

Their initial support of the mandate says otherwise.
