Myles looking like he's been hitting the buffet with Kardell Thomas.

Easy bud, these guys could be Badara Traore or could be Damien Lewis

Perhaps but we aren't dealing with JUCO guys anymore. There's film on these guys against much better competition.

I like Brennan. He’s a true Louisiana baw, but this is the difference between him and Burrow. Burrow lives and breathes football. Brennan has a million other hobbies and interests.

Brennan is in good company. Phil Robertson is no doubt the most naturally talented and gifted quarterback to ever grow up in Louisiana.

Peyton Manning grew up in Louisiana. So, I'm going to say no to the Phil Robertson coronation.

I get your point, but Peyton Manning did grow up in LA.

Phil's greatest quote every -

Terry got the bucks and I got the ducks and I think it worked out ok for both of us! Loved his duck hunting DVDs from the 80/90s!

He might as well not have, seeing how he and all of his family hate LSU.

So, any Manning really doesn't count...

Joe Ferguson
Bert Jones
Terry Bradshaw
Eli Manning
Dak Prescott
David Woodley
Doug Williams
Jake Delhomme

Are all NFL QBs who grew up in Louisiana. I’m sure there are more.

Yes, but the myth is that Phil was better b/c he was first string at La Tech, ahead of Bradshaw.
IPhil was a very good athlete, but the argument is pretty thin on evidence.
Maybe Phil could have been a proven commodity at the college level, over time, against real competition.
But he quit.
And he never played against a solid slate of college, much less NFL competition, like Terry or Bert, who was right there in Ruston.

Getting QB pep talk from Phil...
Phil was a great QB who quit in the middle of his college career, clearing the way for Bradshaw. Maybe not a great person for QB advice lol

I'd put Bert Jones at the top of the list for most gifted QB from Louisiana. Doug Williams, Ferguson, and Terry all honorable mention.
