I will be in Denver in May (staying in Aurora) for about 3 days.

Any restaurant recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner would be greatly appreciated for someone who has never visited this city.

I'm going to visit a friend who lives there in early February. My wife got us reservations at places called Forage and Ultreia. I'll try to remember to check back in with how they are, but the menus looked good, Ultreia was picked out by the guy who lives there but he hasn't been to Forage yet

Haven't been in some years, but Denver Biscuit Company has really good breakfast and arguably the best cinnamon roll I've ever had.

Sam's No.3 for breakfast. Any skillet with their green chili is amazing.

Blue Pan for some good Detroit style pizza

Roaming Buffalo is a great hole in the wall spot to grab some BBQ for lunch. There is a dispensary right next door

El Five and Tavernetta are both fantastic. The seafood paella at El Five is really really good.

I always enjoyed lunch at the Wynkoop Brewery. It is right across from union station. I would highly recommend it. They have great beer two, and its a huge building.

When I first visited I took the train from Castle Rock to Denver for some day drinking before the Astros/Rockies game and this was the first place since it was right there off the train. I had a solid sandwich for sure. Then I took a short Uber to start brewery hopping. Good times
