These lawsuits need to focus on how exemptions are being denied. Both medical and religious.
Seems like they are saying it's an option, but then ignoring or rejecting them. Who blessed whomever is rejecting the religious ones and based on what criteria....you took a flu shot or an aspirin in the past? Doesn't mean jack if I prayed on this particular one and feel like it's not right for me, then frick your denial.
The story the other day about the known ingredient allergy, and they denied the exemption saying the person has to take it to know if a reaction happens, before you can say no is total BS.

Im sure SEALs have healthy BMIs, are reasonably young, and have no need for the gene therapy. All common sense has been thrown out the window with these jabs.

Does it though? I'm a federal employee opposed to the mandates, but the federal government is my employer in this case. Unfortunately, I just don't see SCOTUS saying an employer can't require a vaccine for it's employees.
Now, if they don't weigh in on the way the federal government is handling accommodation requests, specifically religious-based requests, that's an entirely different matter. I don't think many federal agencies are giving the requests serious consideration when denying them.

I think that’s the angle. They’ve handed out vaccine exemptions before for religious reasons and all sorts of other uniform exemptions, grooming, etc etc. If I was a judge I’d be asking what changed? If they always took a hardline stance on requests they’d be consistent, but they haven’t.
