Has anyone tried the Lunches at Calandro's on Perkins? They have Fried Catfish/or Fried Shrimp, Potato Salad, and Coleslaw or French Fries for $10.99 every Friday and I would like to try.

I’ve heard Calandros on Perkins has a fantastic burger, but I’ve never tried it. Nobody here will admit to eating there because they don’t like how Calandros runs their whiskey allotment, apparently.

I shop there occasionally and could not care less about their booze department is run because I don’t drink. That being said, their burger is not very good and I’ve had it 3 times. The bun was plain and kind of dry, the patty lacked seasoning. I love their plate lunches though.
