That is battery.

My wife just uses my CC when she goes to Academy, I guess she figures I won't notice an extra charge there since I buy fishing stuff and ammo all the time.

Doesn't Academy have firearm available, for when big beasties come wilding through? What is it that makes people feel obligated to tolerate her, going through life, creating victim after victim?

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but why are all the comments names? Are they showing the video to that person? Why is it (almost?) always just one person?

Because it's Facebook and they're tagging people to share it.

That baw needs a raise. Sadly, he will probably be written up or fired.

At what point did companies stop having people arrested for shoplifting?

When it became cheaper to let them walk than pay workman’s comp for the injuries sustained by detaining them

When my oldest son was about 4 years old , He and I were in a children's store shopping for clothes. We heard a Store employee yelling "HEY, YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THAT". We looked out the front of the store to see 2 large black women With their 2 kids, They're walking to their car smiling. They had just walked out of the store with a bag stuffed with clothes they shop lifted. My son asked what was going on And I explained to him that those people had just left the store without paying for their items, and that was against the law, and that you should never steal anything because it was a crime. Fast forward 2 weeks later, My wife, my son, and I were all in Dillard's shopping for clothes When we heard my son admonishing a very well dressed nice looking family, mom dad and 2 children, A black family, Telling them "HEY, YOU KNOW YALL HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL THAT STUFF, U CANT STEAL IT BECAUSE IT IS A CRIME"..... I walked over and grabbed his hand, politely said "have a nice day" to them . One of life's embarrassing moments with kids.

My sister-in-laws Dad was fired from an Apple store for tackling a guy stealing an IPhone. He was the manger of the store in New Jersey.
