I mean let’s be real in terms of coaching he’s actually pretty solid. He’s just one of the worst GMs in NFL history.
Keep him away from roster moves and he could be a good guy to get the franchise back to at least competing. He also knows how to coach QBs so Lawrence would probably approve

Houston resident so here's my BOB take. Solid football coach and horrific GM like has been said but he's a crappy person. Stabbed 2 GMs in the back and got them out plus is terrible and rude to the fans and media. Like The Patriots or Saban model that works if you're winning.
Jags need some good PR with this hire, find an engaging guy who can coach.
